Our Wound Care team of NPs are Certified Wound Specialist® (CWS®) with the American Board of Wound Management (or Board-Eligible), utilizing state-of-the-art technology performing wound care managment in all acute, post-acute, SNF, and home settings. Our NPs are contracted out with Wound Care practices to facilitate their needs to ensure their patient's acute and chronic wounds are cared for.
