Dr. Jeffery D. Barlow, DNP, APRN-CNP
Dr. Jeffery D. Barlow, DNP, is a nationally distinguished Nurse Practitioner whose credentials place him in the top 0.1–0.5% (99.5th–99.9th percentile) of the profession in terms of combined education, credentialing, and scope. He is quadruple board-certified (FNP-C, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ENP-C), a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS), and a DOT/FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner. In addition, he serves as an Aerospace Nurse Practitioner with the U.S. Air Force Reserves, fully AMP-trained through USAFSAM. This rare combination of doctoral training, multi-specialty certification, and aerospace medicine expertise reflects a level of clinical achievement and versatility that is virtually unmatched among nurse practitioners.

Coty Barlow, MS, APRN-CNP
Coty is a quadruple-boarded Nurse Practitioner with certifications in Family (FNP-C), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP-BC), Adult (ANP-C), and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP-BC). This breadth of advanced training places her among the top 1% of nurse practitioners nationally, reflecting a rare depth of expertise across primary, acute, and gerontologic care. Coty has become an integral leader within our acute-care service line, driving systemic coordination and advancing care delivery across all healthcare systems we serve.
Coty is responsible for our NP-driven Hospitalist & ICU (Open/Closed) Service Lines. She coordinates the day-to-day operations and is the direct-report for all of our inpatient Nurse Practitioner providers. Coty is also highly skilled in Project Management, Case Management, Occupational Medicine, Telemedicine and Healthcare administration.
Coty was born and raised in Shawnee Oklahoma.
